The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in partnership with LKCA and the British Council are organising a symposium on Tuesday 4 October to exchange ideas about accessibility in cultural policy and the role of municipal cultural policy.

Since the ratification of the UN Convention in 2016, a lot of work has been done on making society more accessible for people with disabilities. There are good examples of collaborations between the cultural sector and local authorities, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Jane Earnscliffe will share insights and experiences from the UK during the symposium. She is one of leading figures and pioneers of disability inclusion in the arts in the UK.

Join the symposium on 4 October to find out more.
